Welcome to Gripzone RC. We want everyone to enjoy a safe, fair and fun RC experience. By making a booking, purchasing a session or participating in an activity at Gripzone RC, you agree to the following policies.

Booking & Payment

Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Bookings are subject to availability. Walk-in customers are welcome when capacity is available, but advance booking is recommended.

Please make sure that the information provided when booking is correct.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If Gripzone RC needs to cancel your booking, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your booked session, particularly when renting an RC vehicle, so there is enough time for check-in and a short introduction.

Your booking time cannot normally be extended because of late arrival.

If you arrive too late to complete any required introduction or safety briefing, Gripzone RC may be unable to allow participation in the session.

RC Vehicle Rental

Rental RC vehicles and equipment remain the property of Gripzone RC.

Customers must:

• Follow staff instructions and venue rules.

• Operate vehicles responsibly.

• Use vehicles only within the designated activity area.

• Stop operating a vehicle immediately if requested by staff.

• Report any damage or technical problem to staff.

Normal wear, accidental minor crashes and ordinary use are expected as part of RC driving. However, deliberate misuse, reckless behaviour or intentional damage may result in the session being stopped and the customer being held responsible for reasonable costs arising from the damage where permitted by applicable law.

Bring Your Own RC (BYO)

Customers using their own RC vehicles are responsible for ensuring that their vehicles and batteries are safe and suitable for the relevant track.

Gripzone RC may refuse the use of a vehicle that could damage the track, interfere with other vehicles or create a safety risk.

Gripzone RC is not responsible for normal wear, mechanical failure or damage to a customer's own RC vehicle except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Batteries & Charging

For safety reasons, customers must follow staff instructions regarding batteries and charging.

Damaged, swollen, punctured or otherwise unsafe LiPo batteries must not be used or charged at the venue.

Gripzone RC reserves the right to refuse the use or charging of any battery considered unsafe.

Children & Supervision

Customers must meet any minimum-age requirement shown for the booked activity.

Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult.

The accompanying adult remains responsible for the child's supervision and behaviour while at Gripzone RC.

Staff may stop an activity if a participant is operating equipment in an unsafe manner.

Safety & Conduct

All visitors must behave respectfully toward other customers, staff and the venue.

Running in unsafe areas, deliberately crashing into other vehicles or people, damaging tracks or equipment, threatening behaviour, harassment, or ignoring repeated safety instructions is not permitted.

Gripzone RC reserves the right to stop a session or ask a visitor to leave if their behaviour creates a safety risk or significantly disrupts other customers.

Session Times

Session durations shown when booking represent the allocated experience time.

Some experiences may include an introduction, preparation or changeover period. Customers should therefore follow the specific duration and arrival information displayed for the service they book.

Unused time resulting from a customer's late arrival cannot normally be transferred or refunded.

RC Construction Sand Pit

Construction RC vehicles must remain within the designated Sand Pit area unless staff instruct otherwise.

Customers must follow instructions regarding excavators, loaders, bulldozers and other construction vehicles.

Do not intentionally collide with other machines or use equipment in a way that could damage the vehicle or Sand Pit.

Food, Drinks & Personal Belongings

Food and drinks should be kept away from RC tracks, electronic equipment, batteries and charging areas unless otherwise permitted by staff.

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Gripzone RC.

Photography & Video

Customers may take photographs and videos for personal use, provided this does not interfere with activities or the privacy of other visitors.

Please obtain permission before deliberately photographing or filming other customers, particularly children.

Gripzone RC may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Where identifiable customers are the intended subject of promotional content, appropriate permission will be obtained.

Technical Issues

RC vehicles are mechanical and electronic equipment, and occasional technical problems can occur.

If a Gripzone RC rental vehicle develops a technical problem during your session, please inform staff immediately. Where reasonably possible, we will provide a replacement vehicle, restore lost activity time, reschedule the affected portion or provide another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Opening Offers & Prices

Prices marked Opening Special, introductory price or promotional price are limited promotional rates and may be changed or withdrawn for future bookings.

Any change will not alter the price of a booking that has already been confirmed and paid.

Personal Data & Privacy

Gripzone RC processes personal information required to manage bookings, payments, customer communication and operation of the venue.

Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data-protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these policies is intended to limit any mandatory rights you have under Swedish or EU consumer law.

Where these policies conflict with rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, applicable law takes precedence.
